With her first teaching job at Life Time Fitness in Katy, Texas, Randi built an amazing following like no other. She taught every modality from dance to water aerobics to cycling and more. She found her passion and took off like wild fire. Her Saturday morning water aerobics class grew to the largest in the country and received media attention through local news as well as Life Time’s corporate office. She held many roles during her 5 years including Assistant Group Fitness Manager and Sales Executive. She even had the incredible opportunity to teach with the CEO, breaking the Guinness World Book of Records for the largest outdoor cycling class.
She switched companies after relocating to Miami, FL where she was a top performer and top sales associate for Equinox Health Clubs. After a year in Miami, Randi was offered a sales position at one of Equinox’s Flagship locations in NYC. She moved there and hit the ground running. She eventually moved out of sales once realizing she could teach full time and support herself. During her time with Equinox, Randi led cycling classes all over Manhattan including Times Square to over 100 riders to kick off their annual Cycle for Survival event which helps raise money and awareness for rare cancer research through Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. In 2016, Life Time recruited Randi to come back to open their first NYC location as the Studio Manager. From there, she was promoted to Senior Studio Manager and moved out to Scottsdale, Arizona to take over 2 locations that needed some NYC energy.
After fulfilling her annual contract, Randi moved back to Florida to be closer to family which was always calling her. For 7 years, she taught part time between Life Time, local country clubs and boutique studios such as CycleBar and Rise31. She also started a financial planning and insurance business through Northwestern Mutual and has helped hundreds of people get financially fit. When she’s not helping people achieve their fitness goals and financial independence, Randi enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Angel and cat, Teddy. She loves Florida life and is always happy in the sun, on the water or enjoying good food with good friends by the beach.
